Warranty
Bonica warrants its products from manufacturing defect for one year after purchase.  Bonica will, as necessary, repair or replace any defective product purchased from Bonica or a Bonica authorized dealer on proof of purchase.  Bonica does not offer coverage for incidental costs.  In the case of an unrepairable item no longer available for replacement, Bonica will substitute a similar item with equal or better specifications.

Sony, JVC and Seashell brand components distributed by Bonica will be warrantied by the original manufacturer.

Retail Order Fulfillment
Bonica Precision Inc. aims to serve its customers in the best and most efficient means possible, primarily acting as a manufacturer and distributor, through retailers in Canada and the United States and through distributors in other regions.  Accordingly, when possible, or required, Bonica may delegate the completion of a direct retail transaction to another business.   Such an action will not cause any increased costs.
